Competition!

So there I am, happily filing a report of the record breaking total of 3 Blackcaps in my garden on the Oxfordshire Ornithological website, when I notice that 5 reports below mine is another report from Cuddesdon - and its not from me! Even worse it refers to a report of a Woodcock, a species I have been patiently waiting to find for over a year. Worse still, the report is from PRB so any element of doubt about the identification is thrown violently out of the proverbial window: there was a Woodcock in Cuddesdon yesterday and I didn't see it.

This changes everything. From now on, its war ;-)
