Barn Owl, Cuddesdon

Bingo! The long awaited (well, 5 months and a week) third species of owl I've seen in the village flew quickly over my head as I cycled back from work at 7.34pm this evening. The pale form of a Barn Owl coming over the road from the east, before jinking over the hedgerow and following it north, was followed by a celebratory whoop of delight from the observer.
