Not exactly ideal cycling conditions. Especially as I had to contend with being chased by a dog on the loose from a local farm, as if the white-out and icy roads were not enough to contend with... I also had the new experience of being overtaken by a snowplough (not a gritter, a snowplough!), which promptly covered me with snow as it passed.
