Did I mention I'd been to Spain? It cost me the chance of relocating the Great Grey Shrike found just outside Cuddesdon at Chiselhampton the day before I left and then the virus I contracted out there nearly killed me... but there is too much to fill the pages of the Birdless Cuddesdon blog, so if you are interested here is the trip report... and one or two photos as well:
