Blizzards

Highlight of the week was a bird not seen by myself. This Barn Owl was seen by my wife, and photographed on her phone through the car windscreen, on Tuesday evening. Gallingly it is the best photograph of a Barn Owl in Cuddesdon, after my efforts here and here. 

Blizzards were the theme of this morning, but the only new arrivals were 50 Golden Plover in South Field, which were harassed by this Buzzard. A Buzzard in a blizzard:
